Return Policy Disclosure

Pursuant to Cherry Cars three-day return policy, at the time of vehicle return, the customer will be charged a fee of $0.15/mile for any mileage exceeding 1,000 miles over the odometer reading at delivery. For the condition, the customer will be charged for any vehicle damage incurred during the three-day return period. Estimates of repairs and repairs will be provided by a non-affiliated licensed and insured auto body repair shop, and all associated costs and invoices will be passed on to the consumer upon vehicle return to Cherry Cars from the repair shop. The consumer is financially responsible for any overage in miles and any actual repair costs to vehicle upon vehicle return.
