Vehicle Holds Disclosure

A one-hour vehicle hold is allotted to complete the following purchase steps: confirm personal details, identity verification, vehicle trade-in details (if applicable), select cash or finance option, provide employer or source of income information, complete your selections for Physical Damage Insurance and/or Debt Cancellation, schedule delivery and confirm purchase details. Once these steps are complete, your one-hour limit is lifted and your vehicle is held for up to 72 hours while you review, complete, and sign your retail installment agreement and supporting documents, upload your insurance declarations page and submit your down payment or full cash purchase. The one-hour vehicle hold only pertains to the online purchase steps above and does not take into consideration your review and completion of the purchase documents and submission of your down payment. Once the above steps are completed, you can review the terms of your purchase within your retail installment contract, review the specifications of your vehicle, and make a final purchase decision at your earliest convenience not to exceed 72 hours. After you have finalized your purchase, a Cherry Cars customer service representative will reach out to you to confirm delivery date and time of your vehicle within our service and delivery area
